Unify the "choose team" functionality #34

When the user logs in a dialog is automatically shown. In this dialog the user can chose the team with which we wants to work. Besides that, there is a link, "Change Team", that allows the user to change the team without the need of logging off.

These two functionalities should be implemented in a single place instead of separately as they are now.
