After product owner review, here are revisions to the template page.
The menu will needs to be updated with current functionality. Some colors need to be updated in the stylesheet. nexus-wide

Thank you Will! I've been mulling over the best path to implementation...

If the html is marked up correctly, can't we theoretically have the entire styling specified in a css? Then swapping a stylesheet becomes trivial, right?

If so then maybe step one is to get all styling OUT of the markup and INTO the current css. Maybe we could do that on this sprint and then do the actual implementation next sprint?

I've been pretty good about keeping style abstracted, but I got lazy in the last few weeks...
