[Client] - Run start time is wrong #169

Observed Behavior

Run start time should be a real time in local.

Expected Behavior

Run time is often very wierd (see screenshots).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. View runs

@RChandler234 Any ideas with this? I know its minor but its kind of confusing what the actual time is.
