Use the sht30 driver to create an rtos task that will pull data from the temperature sensor. Create a struct that to store that data.

just an FYI there is a shepherd ticket to do this exact same thing for shepherd, without the rtos task part lol. Perhaps the person who does this might wanna do both, no pressure tho lol
