Add a column to the vendor table in the admin tools page that allows a user to delete a vendor.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] There's a column of delete buttons on the vendor table that corresponds to each vendor
• [ ] When you click on delete button a modal pops up asking you if you're sure you want to delete the corresponding vendor with a delete and cancel button.
