As a Project Management Coordinator or Project Lead, I want to be able to specify what stage of the project a work package belongs to outside just the name. This will allow stage information to be represented in other parts of the app, such as coloring the Gantt chart by stage.

Gantt chart implementation of work package stages. This requires the transition to the new Gantt chart package.
Background / Context
Currently, our projects do not store their stages, and work packages do not either. Sometimes, work packages are named with their state in mind, but that is up to the user. We want to add a consistent way to track stages in both places, for project filtration and gantt chart visualization purposes.
Stages are currently only "referenced" in stage gate requests, but there is no good reference to the stage here. We want to bring stages as a more impactful part of the project and work package flow
Acceptance Criteria & Mock-ups
Existing colors:
research — yellow
Design — green
Manufacture — blue
Install — purple
On the work package creation page:
Add a new dropdown on the work package creation page
In this dropdown, have 4 option; Research, Design, Manufacturing, and Integration
This new section should be located on the left side of the create work package form, below the work package name
Overview
We want to be able to tag work packages with stage information, in a more deliberate way than just going off the name.
