Projects - Abstract Functionality To Get Table for a Particular Project Status #149

Instead of having three separate functions to get projects of a certain status, we can just have one function and then as a parameter pass in the project status...this is because the functions are basically all the same...this can be done once the 3 existing PRs for issues 142, 143, and 144 are merged

Actually, this doesn't necessarily have to be done once the PRs are merged. I can do this for issue 142 and then adjust 143 and 144 accordingly.
