Issue ticket number and issue description

Ticket #19 -> Fix Therm CRC's

Added in LTC macro for a bad value (gets set if the CRC fails for all retries)

Added processing for that value in Segment Interface (pullTherms) where we copy the previous data in the event of a shitty read
