Still getting Trial Expired Email #520

Hey again - I set up my cloud subscription on 05/08, then got an email today (05/10) saying it's expired. Do I need to be concerned about this?

I went and poked around the system and see that you have 2 accounts with the same email address ( not an issue ), and one of them has an active valid subscription ( McFly.. ) and the other has an expired trial ( Userbosco ). And the email was in regards to the Userbosco account and I looked at the Userbosco account dashboard, and it has not been used.

So your good.

The system will remove Userbosco automatically in a few weeks of no activity.

Wasn't the issue that the username is case sensitive ? I was going to add some commentary to the configuration screen reminding people that both the username and passwords are case sensitive.
