Add concept of getting info from consumers #128

What properties do consumers actually want? e.g. dwr/outdoor issue -> consumers don't care about stain/oil resistance.

Incorporate need to learn from consumers as well.

Maybe whole product assessment step? "Are you over-engineering your product?"
