Additional changes to Step 1 questions #94

In step 1:

On question "What is the preferred feedstock goal or goals? Please select all that apply."

Convert follow-up to "other" question to just an option box below, and change text of "other" option to Other (fill in the blank below).

Add follow-up to "Are you designing the product for recycling or for biodegradation in wastewater treatment plants or in commercial composting operations?"

IF they select biodegradable (marine/litter), home compostable, industrial compostable, or biodegradable (WWTP), followup questions are: 1) "What test(s) will you perform to ensure your product is biodegradable/compostable in these conditions?" 2) "What certification(s) will you pursue to guarantee your product is biodegradable/compostable in these conditions?" Both questions are an empty box.

IF they marked "yes" to "Are you striving for specific life cycle improvements compared to other products that provide the same service?", add additional followup: "Are there any required certifications, RSLs, or other standards that must be complied with to be considered an improvement?" (empty box)

Learned that "/" symbols aren't allowed in answers that are needed for conditions. And got all of these added!
