Step 2 - conditionals #95

Updating the question text has messed up at least one of the conditionals: "Is the biobased feedstock waste-based?" should only show up if biobased is checked.

It looks like there are two sets of rules for biobased in the conditionals file. Clean up so it's just one set?

"Is the agricultural waste from sustainably harvested agriculture?" "Is the agricultural waste from a rapidly renewable source?" "Does the agricultural waste compete with other social, ecological, or food production value?" These aren't showing up correctly, BUT, rather than fix that, let's eliminate them. If it's ag-waste it's biobased and we already asked these questions under the biobased umbrella.

"Is the biobased feedstack waste-based?" was missing the ? in the rules file.
