[ ] if files are involved, time( ) how long they took to be processed in relation to their size and number
[ ] total time executed
[ ] save times to database, noting individual step time, relevant file number and relevant file sizes

up to "==> 20/33 tasks: Adding files to tape archives started ==", meaning, starting to create the .tar files is 9 minutes 10 seconds, approx.

which implied that once i fix the branch, the total time to ready-to-deliver-to-NIRD-and-VIGASP will be about 15 minutes.
