We currently have 2 spreadsheets that tracks weights of food coming in and out of the warehouse, to keep us accountable to Trussell Trust.
Goods In/Out Weights
This spreadsheets logs the weights of incoming food donations and food purchases into the warehouse, and outgoing weights of trash. This is currently done on a google sheet per month, each tab being a new day.
Parcel Weights
We weigh each food parcel as it leaves the warehouse and log that on another google sheet. Again, each sheet is a month, and each tab is a day.
Maybe this can be incorporated into a new tab called Weights, with some reporting functionality showing totals, graphs over the year etc.
