Above is Ali's spreadsheet, not currently being used anymore as it didn't quite work.

Idea being:

• Warehouse Manager does a weekly stock take of all food items and updates the Stock spreadsheet to make sure numbers are correct
• When a parcel get's packed, we know what quantities of each food item is being taken off the shelves. For example, a Single gets 1x Baked Beans, 1x Toilet Roll, vs a Family of 10 gets 3x Toilet Roll....
• Print a Shopping List for a Single, those food quantities are removed from the Stock level
• The item from the packed shopping list get's removed from the stock total for each item
• We should then have the ability to see the food items stock level
