Describe the solution / feature you'd like
An Emergency Bag is pre-packed bags with 1 days worth of food.
A Collection Centre will ask for a few of these bags to sent to their centre to give to walk in clients who need food.,
The current solution on the app - they will add a new client on the app called Emergency Bags, with Postcode "Emergency Bags", Family Size: the number of bags they need.
This is not a good solution because the Packing Manager may not spot this being added, and print the shopping list thinking it's a normal client and a "Family of 3" gets packed, when in fact they need 3x Emergency Bags to be packed, for example. (Sometimes the warehouse is very busy and it's easy to "select all "Called and Confirmed", which could be 10+, print and add to pile to be packed without reading the clients names and this would happen).
Better solution for current app: Client called ‘Emergency Bags’, add parcel for that client onto shift “Supplies” or a new one “Emergency Bags”.
Issue: How to ask for how many bags they need?
In voucher number field, hub could write 5x BAGS

Is there a clear solution for new app?
