Notes below from Owen, our Packing Manager.
To calculate how many panels are going out that day, he needs to view
yesterdays PM packed parcels
todays AM parcels
& filter by
Label printed
Shopping list printed
Called + Confirmed
Is there a 1 button solution (macro?) to have a view that shows this in 1 or two clicks?
So from a dispatch/packing perspective, a new feature that would be ultra super useful would be an individual filter that could show all parcels yet to go out that day with just one or two clicks. Currently to find that out you have to:
1) Change the date range to include the prior day's PM parcels and the current day's AMs.
2) Then press Go
3) Then filter by shipping label printed
4) Then filter by shopping list printed
5) And then filter by called and confirmed
Also, due to the fact that a day's outgoing parcels are a combination of the prior day's PM and the current day's AM, there is no way of filtering out the current day's PM parcels but that would be useful to be able to do as those parcels go out the following day and are therefore irrelevant determining the total number of outgoing parcels on that current day.
I have to do this at the start of every morning to calculate and decide our capacity for that day, so streamlining that process would save so much time and would get so much usage.
