Notes below from Owen our Packing Manager

Would it be possible to have a separate entry box for 'admin info' or something along those lines that callers can input admin related information to keep separate from the packing information?

At the moment with the old app, callers are inputting both admin and packing info in the same 'extra information' box. So for example, many of our shopping lists end up being printed saying things like "left voicemail 28/3, changed to delivery on 30/3 as couldn't collect from Brixton Hub, loves tinned mackerel"

Such admin info is irrelevant for the packers and can often slow packing down as they will often understandably stop to ask questions about their cryptic extra information box and therefore often don't know what information is pertinent for packing their parcel and even end up missing key details that get lost amongst all the other info on display.

We now have Client Notes which resolves this issue.
