BIG PICTURE IDEA - Signposting Report #479

Signposting (the telephone icon you can assign to a client on the app) is the process of calling the client after they have received their parcel to offer help with other services, such as paying Bills, filling out forms.

Current process:

Current Issue: On the new app, the signposting team won't be able to download the spreadsheet of client data to be able to sort and then easily put into their spreadsheet for assigning to callers, and taking notes etc.

SOLUTION A - Quick Fix

Create a new action (like driver overview) to create a .csv report

  1. Actions dropdown
  2. 'Download Signposting Report'
  3. Select date range
  4. Enter
  5. Downloads a csv with only clients that need a signposting call, in the specified date range, and the csv the following data: Voucher Number, Name, Phone Number, Address, Packing Date, Household Size/Ages, Shipping Method,

The signposting team can then copy this info into their spreadsheet to organise amongst the calling team.

SOLUTION B - Cool Fix Part 1 - Signposting Filter on Parcel Page (to only show clients that need signposting) Part 2 - New Action - Assign Parcel to Signposting Caller (Action Modal has list of signposting staff to assign that parcel to) (does not create a status) Part 3 - A new Signposting Page, that only signposting callers can have access to. On this page, you can see a list of clients/parcels and the signposting caller that they are assigned to. The caller then can see all the client info on their screen, easily able to click into the full client info. Most important info they want to see is client name and phone number.

e.g. Signposting Caller: Sarah Client 1 - Phone Number Client 2 - Phone Number Client 3 - Phone number

Signposting Caller: Brian Client 4 - Phone Number Client 5 - Phone Number Client 6 - Phone number

Signposting Caller: Michele Client 7 - Phone Number Client 8 - Phone Number Client 9 - Phone number

They might be able to apply some statuses for the clients on this page, such as: Signposting Call Confirmed Signposting Call No Response Signposting Call Failed

A screenshot of the signposting google sheet. I have removed names and phone numbers for GDPR.... Callers notes (to Penny who is signposting admin) are then copied back into the app, but if these callers have access to the app they could write notes direct into Client Info Box.

The notes at the bottom and the links at the top would be a perfect example of how the INFO PAGE (Wiki) will be used)
