Do not track correct character #16

Sometimes when i log to a character that have the same name as other one on other realm is tracking the wrong one and keep spamming that No player named '...' is currently playing. The one im loggin is on silvermoon and is tracking the one at draenor

I pushed v2.1.0 tonight, this should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you still get this on v2.1.0.

now is working i test it on 3 characters and everything working properly good work 👍
