[Feature] Add an address list #27

Hey Andrii(@pasichDev),

It would be nice to have an address list so we don't have to copy paste outgoing addresses all the time.

Hey Andrii(@pasichDev),

An address list is simply a list of accounts. Just like the accounts that you already list on the wallet.

But instead of being addresses in the wallet, these are addresses that we want to use when we want to send Noso to someone else, or to a CEX.

Most CEXs implement this on their own platform, this way you don't have to chase some other place to do some copy/paste of the address. It's even possible to add a custom label, or familiar name to each entry on the address list. This way, no more typing, just a drop down with possible out addresses.

Resolved: Add a contract book and save the latest payments.

You can add addresses and owner information to the contact book.
