Add supporting article - Utilizing Nosto in a static vs dynamic environment under "dynamic use-cases"

In the article: https://github.com/Nosto/docs-nosto-com/wiki/Exposing-nosto-elements-in-dynamic-overlays we talk about using Nosto API function to load recommendations. This might be a good place to add a section that says something like Nosto recs only load on HTTP/page load and anytime you want to load a Nosto recommendation when that does not occur to use this method. This can be used for mini-cart recommendations as the cart/slide load does not create a http call and is needed here as well.
