In GitHub the landing page after login is the "what's new" view for your profile. What has been going on with the people and repos you are following.

I think we should have something similar where pretty much all activity referencing your profile would be visible in a feed after signing in. It could even fetch the discussions of the repos you are following. Maybe that would get too convoluted? But in general I'm seeing it as a similar view to the feeds of the many social media apps on nostr, like amethyst and damus etc. with the difference that it would filter out all non-repository related nostr activity.
