UBRS Blackhand Elites and related Humanoid mobs /Dragons seems to blink around, some of the dragon mobs seem to be invisible whilst still attacking from certain visual arcs.
In addion several mobs are not casting their spells correctly as they seem to occasionally lack casting annimations with their casts.
The Spectral mobs in Scholo don't seem to be spliting when they Blink.
Mobs in MC seem to be chasing to all character in an instance even when said characters
