Cross Faction talk in shared general yell say tell
Should be disabled. The only direct way that one faction can talk to another in game is in party chat or via in game mail.
Faction specific general chat needs to be re-introduced so same faction can talk to each other.
This is being done to reduce toxic behaviour on the server
