Just did a quick gnomer run with some guildies and there wasn't any dialog to start the escort quest on the female gnome Emi Shortfuse near the start of the dungeon. It's a short escort that involves killing troggs and basilisks and a special guy called Grubbis comes at the end who drops goods.
