Summoned Minions Missing Targets #68

Mobs that are summoned have no target shown in the UI at all. The few scenarios where this affects raiding are: Occurs in AQ40 - The Prohpet Skeram clones, and this makes it VERY easy to tell which ones are clones and which ones are not. Occurs in BWL - the summoned felguards from the Blackwing Warlocks.

@NolinNostralia Tested last night on Skeram. On transitions, boss clones (including sometimes the boss himself) have no target.
