Felwood Night dragons and whipper roots #80

When players interact with Whipper Root Tuber and Night Dragons, the cleansed version of the plant is not spawning correctly.

Whipper Root Tuber: The issue is that when you right click on one and cleanse it , it should appear again as a cleansed Whipper Root Tuber which you can pick again. it instead just disappears after you cleanse it, giving you half as much as you used to get.

Night Dragons: Night Dragons are no longer spawning cleansed versions, and the corrupted version is very quickly respawning. The quick respawn could be overwriting the cleansed spawn
