Suitable printing

Overview

We need to be able to print conveniently. Ideally it's going to be automatic, but if not it must be easy to use so that we can print multiple phase results in short time.

Potential solutions

• Automatic printing using a wi-fi printer
• Printing API that allows batching - whenever a tandem completes a Phase their results are added to the batch, which is printed manually when a button is pressed.
• Investigate the option to print automatically, without dialog. See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17590896/auto-print-without-dialog

The current PoC uses webassembly's print functionality, but seems to be limited to black and white only. Further investigation is needed in order to overcome that: #248
