Clean up some code #53

Noticed quite a few long lines that can make some of the code hard to read. I've done my best to clean up the code that doesn't appear to be generated. Let me know if I missed anything and I can rebase onto this PR.

Just removed the old example code, because honestly, we don't need it at the moment. Thanks for your contribution!
