Default public trackers #37

With the death of rarbg, any torrents should have dead trackers removed such as http://tracker.trackerfix.com:80/announce, udp://9.rarbg.to:2810/announce and similar commonly used by rarbg. Maybe just remove those not in trackers.txt file.

Would suggest replacing with udp://tracker.opentrackr.org:1337/announce and udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:6969/announce in tier 0 and tier 1 roles or vice versa. Checking shows various ex-rarbg torrents have a single seed on one and multiple seeds on the other or vice versa from either users manually updating post rarbg or from torrents being previously copied to another site with extra trackers added. Not sure which tracker as tier 0 would be preferred. Would be polite to check with and notify their admins of potential traffic increase.

Anyway, a default tier 0 tracker for Not Quite RARBG would be nice and allow users to update their clients. (And using tiers is more considerate traffic wise than announcing to all trackers simultaneously but obviously client dependent.)

(Whilst magnets are nice, trackers are useful to see how many seeds and peers there are for a torrent and for rotating active seeds. Magnets can non-standardly specify tracker tiers like torrent files but was not commonly used in rarbg magnets as far as I can know.)

It's building the magnet from the InfoHash, so those not in trackers.txt file are not included.

A NQ-RARBG tracker will be hosted soon.
