will need to accelerate this. on top of rate limiting not working properly here for some reason logging in with an incorrect password throws a system.exception at the DLL level with dotNS that for some reason i can't catch.

branch merged and closed as i need to build stuff off it. will build 1.2.1 as soon as i get home from canada.
