nix-ify propaganda #48

I wanted to show my friend how in nix i can just copy WM config file line and it will just work, but didn't have libnotify installed This one is to spread propaganda offline aswell

I have both of those deps added by default, so the change barely makes a difference but it shouldn't hurt. Thanks!

I had my email client open in the background, got the notif instantly
