No config.json example #112

When looking at this repo, I cannot find any example of config.json. Having an example would be highly useful for people who are interested in implementing features from this bot into their own

I hope you're also aware that you must include the license if you do that, and by the way, that reason is quite terrible to be honest, it does not benefit Misaki, it only benefits you. It's not a convincent argument to release a config.json.example 😛

No examples will be given as this isn't designed to be self-hosted.
