Updated eval.js #92

Might need to fix new issues with the eval command.

This PR is a direct copy of Klasa's default eval with few things modified to work with Misaki's source code, as such it would be in violation of Klasa's license agreement as you have not included their license with the changes.

Also, you have not correctly eslinted your file to the standards that Misaki uses.

Do not attempt to reopen this PR with Klasa code, the current eval works perfectly fine enough.
