[Marker.io] mobile- pagination appears when no results are found

Steps to reproduce: 1) on projects page, choose "quantity surveying, and "aged care" 2)notice the pagination section

Actual result: pagination section isshown when no results text is there

Expected result: pagination section should not be there in this case

2) this pagination section needs to be resetted in below scenario: (when all services and all sectors are selected, go to last page in pagination and then choose other filters that shows only 1 or 2 results. notice that pagination still shows the last page (3/3)

still not working properly in below scenarios as mentioned earlier. 1) when there are only 1/2 results on page. it shows the "1/12" pages in pagination on desktop.

2) this pagination does not work in desktop devices when we click on next button. it shows 1/12 on desktop and 1/4 on mobile (back and next work on mobile)
