[Marker.io] pointer is not changing to hand icon on hovering over the tiles or arrow buttons in the "our solutions" section

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to our solutions section 2) hover over the tiles and the buttons

Actual result: pointer does not change to hand icon suggesting that they are clickable

Expected result: it should change to hand icon on hovering over the tiles ( since button color is changing suggesting tile should be clickable also) and also on hovering over arrow button
