[Marker.io] pointer does not into handicon on hovering over the sort field

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to portfolio page 2) hover over the "sort" dropdown 3) notice the pointer 4) open the dropdown and hover over the valuees like newest to oldest

Actual result: it does not turn into hand icon on hovering over dropdown and also on values

Expected result: it should turn into hand icon note; same behaviour is on news page as well. it should be fixed there too
