[Marker.io] only 2 tiles are shown in related articles section

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to related articles section 2) comapre with figma

Actual result:figma shows 4 tiles boxes. current page shows 2 and users have to slide on screen to see the other 2

Expected result:it should show 4 tiles if the news details page has 4 related news articles
