SNGs are measured correctly - $5.50 shows up as 6NL though

Spins fixed in 5d7b03ee2618c20155ec150c22e925e0336750e8 It appeared broken because 0NL (but that's what a 0.25$ rounds down to) $1 was actually broken though since it only detected $x.xx and not $x

Closing - tourney buyin detection doesn't work yet on either platform, see #61
