While doing a simple scan I stumbled upon few items which were missing or could be better for the dataset

Missing Counter Strike III and IV
Rename ENCHANTED_CARROT_STICK to ENCHANTED_CARROT_ON_A_STICK to match the ID more

These were my only discovery so far =)

We cant just edit the ID of a item, the id is used by hypixlel in the game. Changing it would make it a missing item in the database see https://wiki.hypixel.net/Enchanted_Carrot_On_A_Stick
