Incorrect circuit numbers in the actualisation multiblock for pristine matters

2 of the three tier 1 pristine matter processing recipes use the same circuit rather making it impossible to select one over the other. Both the dilithium and exquisite diamond resulting recipes both use circuit 1 and one needs to be changed to circuit 3 as there is also an existing circuit 2 recipe for stellar creation data.
