Closes #64 by fixing all mentioned inconsistencies. Closes #59.

Additionally:

Replaces "Compressor" with "Forge Hammer" since Steam Compressors are gone
Adds a tip to "Primitive Blast Furnace" about Wrought Iron being better
Properly gates several quests behind "Alloy Smelter" instead of "Powered Alloy Smelter"
