Upgraded Simple.Data to v. 0.11.2.1 #3

Hi,

I upgraded Simple.Data and implemented changes to IQueryPager and ISchemaProvider and added/changed tests accordingly. Not many changes were needed though but now people who use Simple.Data.Sqlite can use the latest version of Simple.Data.
