Fixing SourceMod installation #1

There's a stable way to install SourceMod for Open Fortress:

Use a stable tested SourceMod build (anything <= 6488): https://sm.alliedmods.net/smdrop/1.10/sourcemod-1.10.0-git6488-linux.tar.gz
Install DHooks for SourceMod 1.10: https://forums.alliedmods.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=190123&d=1625050030
Disable adminmenu.smx plugin since calling sm_admin segfaults the server

It may not have all the latest features, but I personally tested it and it works

Sorry for the late reply, busy with other things. Yes this would create a stable SM install similar to previous versions, however the OF devs are pushing for their own fork which I need to and preferably use over the old versions. However, when I get the chance I'll take a look at potentially providing the older version as an option in another tag, perhaps?
