dependency fix did not fix build #2

The fix in e04bfa3ac155e7e0addf56cc57d9acddf3d231df did not unfortunately fix the build failing, and now the build fails elsewhere in the script. See failed run.

seems that steamcmd has completely broken how it is installed. lovely. will need to fix later
