Only if possible:

[ ] Diverse Wave (Normal | Elite | Boss) per Wave.
[ ] Diverse Enemy Number per Wave.

Meaning, randomized as part of the regular /mw start command? Or do you mean something set in the command or elsewhere, where you would define specific waves as being unique in wave type/enemy number?
