Downloaded File Can't Have Properties Edited #44

This is the only downloader I can find that's not just an MP3 converter! However today I found that a downloaded file could not be edited after downloading... I wanted to clean up the Details in Properties but when I did I got this Capture I am completely unable to customize the file even after messing with Permission settings for over an hour! I tried a different downloader and I had no issue editing the Details so it seems to be a thing with only this particular add-on.
