Have option to disable heading shift #6

Why do you shift the headings here? https://github.com/NotWoods/travel/blob/main/packages/notion-astro-loader/src/render.ts#L24

Can you provide an option to disable this? Or even better is provide an option to add our own list of plugins.

I’ll remove this, I left it in by mistake when isolating the package from the travel site. Thanks for pointing it out!
