The typing of some values in augmentation needs to be fixed.
- ex) size, brightness, etc..

[x] I would create a corresponding branch for this issue from the designated (mostly develop) branch.
[x] This issue only contains a preceding agreement between project owners.

Because omegaconf does not support union input, it cannot handle this issue.

omegaconf.errors.ConfigValueError: Unions of containers are not supported
